(5 CATS ) Best tofu litter that works with LR3. Good stench control as all the tofu litters I've tried.Only thing is sometimes sticks to bottom, but generally comes off the next cycle. Also have a litter box in the bedroom does not fill the room with a litter smell. Would recommend. Does track a pinch, but not horrible spread. Can easily vacuum unlike some litters.

Low dust, minimal tracking, great litter alternative

Works as advertised and I have no complaints. I have a Neakasa M1 and this litter works great with it. Will continue to use in the future as long as the formula doesn't change (like many other clay litters unfortunately).

Excellent, As Described

Soysand beats them all. Excellent order control and excellent clumping!
Beats other brands that I have tried.

Very nice

I've only been using a bit now but so far both my cat and I like it. No strong litter smell and very easy clean up.

Soysand

Great litter. Dust-free, efficient clumping, odor absorbing and much more!

Wonderful product!

We recently got a LR4 and had to find new litter. Previously, we were using pine litter and were pretty happy with it—pine pellets don't track, don't smell, but the clean-up was time-consuming and not as environmentally friendly (we needed to deep-clean boxes more frequently and used 5-6 puppy pads per week to catch soiled pine dust).

Soy Sand was a great alternative vs. the 2 brands we experimented with in our LR4: Arm & Hammer corn litter (scent was overpowering) and BoxieCat (very fine litter that tracks too much and became sludge/did not clump well when there is too much liquid in one area). We've wanted to try soy litter for awhile, particularly for its sustainability and non-toxic qualities.

Things I love about Soy Sand: packaging (manageable size/weight, nicely air-sealed, carrying handle), scent (even the unscented version carries a light, pleasant smell), larger grain size (less tracking), less dust, compatibility with LR4, sustainability.

Things I don't love but aren't dealbreakers: cost (more expensive than pine litter for sure, but am willing to pay more for the qualities listed above) and lack of availability in brick-and-mortar stores (would love for larger chains to carry this product!).

Anyway, I am excited about this litter and hope it will become more widely available. Thank you for making this product! :-)

Great litter! Best we've used!

We've been using Soysand for several months and couldn't be more pleased. It clumps well, making it easy to clean the litter box. We started with unscented but eventually switched to scented. It's a light scent, not overpowering. When it comes to tracking, our cat still tracks, but we don't think any litter can prevent that. So far Soysand is the best litter we've used!

Works with automatic litter box!

I have been testing this new litter since it's the closest thing natural litter to clay litter. I thought about using other litter such as walnut litter but i was unsure if it would work with my Neakasa M1.

Note: there is a slight odor to it so my cats took awhile before they were willing to use it.

Anyways, some pros and cons during my 3 week of testing.

Pros - Very tight clumps, and great odor control. I havent smelled anything too alarming. Appears to last pretty long since the clumps are so tight.

Cons - its definitely not dust free. Maybe I have a bad bag, but when my litter robot did its cycle, i can see a cloud of dust. Also, this does track quite a bit, maybe it's my cats. Seems like they track just as much or more than the tidy cat litter.

I would reconsider if these two cons are deal breakers for you.

Love it!

We need to have dust free/low dust litter due to health reasons for all the humans in the house. We prefer tofu litter because of this. However, most litters available in the States are too big and you lose a lot when using an auto litter box. We found out about SoySand from the inventor on a FB litter box group and decided to take a chance on it. We are so glad we did! It works very well in our new Litter Robot 4 and we lose less litter during cleaning cycles. I bought one bag to try and since it worked so well I am now subscribing.

Recommend this to all my friends!

I love SoySand. I am a new cat owner and I had my friend suggested PrettyLitter. I hate how prettylitter tracks and doesn't cover up the smell. My bf just bought an automatic litter box and I wanted to change it up! I bought Soysand when it was on kickstarter & fell in love!

Tried and Loved it!

Great product at a fair price. Easy to use and clean. Smells nice too.

Best litter we used!

We’ve been consistently using pellets due to low dust (humans have allergies) for years. And we have tried other tofu litter, crystal, mixed media, clay, etc….Soysand is like the best of all the litters put into one. Our cats love using it and humans love that is dust free and clumps well!

It's ok

I like that it's very low dust, fairly good at outside control, and doesn't track much, but it keeps sticking to the bottom of the automatic cleaning litter box. I can tell it's sticking when the cat box stinks, then I have to go in and scrape it off the bottom so it gets removed during the cleaning cycle. When it sticks it leaves a really goopy residue that will be a pain to clean up.

Favorite litter so far! Don’t think I’ll be switching any time soon. It does have some tracking, ( what litter doesn’t ) but it does an amazing job in our litter robot, literally zero dust, odor control is great, and it doesn’t stick to the liner of the litter robot

Great alternative to clay!

I started with a mix of the old clay and the new soysand... amazing how much smaller the soy clumps were compared to the HUGE clay clumps! So much waste before. I was buying 35lb buckets of clay every 2 or 3 weeks, and have yet to go through my first batch of soysand.

Cats taken to it quickly and works pretty alright in the litter robot. Tracks a bit but over all happy with soy sand

Has significantly REDUCED my cat's litter tracking 😻

In a past life, my cats were soccer players. How do I know this? Well, whenever they visit their litter box, they kick this litter AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. However, since switching to this litter I've noticed WAY less litter outside the litter box and/or tracked around my home. Will buy again!

The product seems great. For my cats they didn't care for it, maybe the size, we used two boxes, one with our old sand and one with the new, they seemed to use the old box and not use the new.
Maybe it because they are older and set in their ways..

Works great even in auto boxes

I currently use tofu pellets in most of my litter boxes but I have a few automatic ones like the litter robot that pellet litter does not work well. I've tried a few different natural litters in the litter robot, I will not use clay, and they worked but were subpar. They either stuck to the liner badly or did not eliminate odors well. Soysand has eliminated those issues. My cats ( I have 8) took to it right away and I think they actually prefer it to the pellets. It's smells very nice and I have no issues with the soiled litter smelling. If I was being very nit picky my only issues are that sometimes the clumps don't stick together very well and can crumble and can also slightly stick to the silicone liner of auto boxes but even with that it's leaps and bounds better than the other natural litters and less stinky than clay. I would definitely recommend giving this litter a try. I just ordered more.

Happy cats, happy home, happy planet

Soysand has addressed & resolved every single concern cat parents have regarding litter! Their tofu litter is revolutionary & I definitely won't be going back to clay. Will be recommending Soysand to all my cat parent friends!!

Purr-fect

I have three cats. They adjusted to it right away and I can't smell anything when they do their business

Everyone loves it

Our cat and my wife love the new litter. It has great odor control, great clumping and doesn’t track all over the house.

Stays Fresh

One bag last multiple weeks without needing to top off or refresh the litter, especially when sifted well. In my experience, the tofu litter stayed fresher and more effective far longer than clay litter.

Low Dust for the win!

Was a little nervous on how my cat your react to the change of litter but she took to it right away. I love how easy it clumps and super easy to scoop up. I especially love the low dust!!
