Made from the by-product of food grade tofu, SOYSAND is sustainable, and biodegradable. With simple ingredients, SOYSAND can be disposed of in bio-bags, or flushed down toilets (if allowed in your area) for a more eco-friendly solution to discarding pet-waste.
Self-Cleaning Litter Box Compatible
Other Tofu litters are pellet shaped, and do not sift well through the grates, or rakes of Self-cleaning Litter Boxes.
SOYSAND’s unique shape is similar to traditional clay litters, which is easy to sift and compatible with Self-cleaning Litter Boxes.
If the litter box works with a clumping litter, it will work with SOYSAND.
99.9% Dust Free
During production SOYSAND is filtered through a 13-lane dust removal system prior to packaging.
Additionally, the increased density of SOYSAND granules means there is less dust created from granules rubbing against each other as it is harder to break than clay, or other eco-friendly litters.
Compared to Clay, SOYSAND produces 99.9% less dust. And any dust left is non-carcinogenic.
Powerful Odor Control
Soy is naturally acidic, with a PH of 6-7, which greatly helps neutralize the ammonia in cat urine, completely eliminating the cat box odor found with other non-soy litters.
Due to it's natural odor controlling powers, SOYSAND doesn't require any additional additives or chemicals to assist with odor control, nor does it need a powerful scent to mask odors.
Scented SOYSAND is made with a very mild essential oil creating a light and pleasant aroma, instead of an overpowering and artificial scent.
Forms Tight Clumps
SOYSAND granules quickly absorb liquids and cling together to create extremely tight clumps.
Clumps will stay together when sifted, which means no more loose pieces falling into the “clean” litter.
This also means that less litter is used to absorb the same amount of liquid, increasing the longevity of your bag, and requiring fewer top-offs, or refills.
Sustainable & Eco-Friendly
SOYSAND is made from the Soy based by-product which comes from making Tofu
It is sustainable, biodegradable, and breaks down completely in water.
In areas where pet waste can be properly sanitized, SOYSAND can be flushed down residential toilets.
Note: Always check your local guidelines regarding flushing pet waste down toilets as some water treatment plants cannot filter out harmful viruses and bacteria found in some cat waste.

SOYSAND is crushed so that it feels like loose sand, which encourages cats to use it for their business.
